Our Services

  • Psychotherapy and Couples Therapy

Bringing together attachment therapy and somatic therapy with expressive arts and contemplative practices that support body and mind for healing and growth.

  • Sound + Music Therapy

Somatic therapy using live sound and music can be experienced on its own, or supporting traditional or Ketamine assisted psychotherapy. One-on-one or in group settings, the healing power of sound is an integral part of my practice.

I also offer Music Therapy for children through songwriting, electronic music creation, rhythm and improvisation.

  • Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy

KAP is a legal psychedelic therapy and holistic modality in which ketamine is used as a complement to psychotherapy. I offer unique individual and group KAP psychedelic healing experiences that utilize live music and sound to support therapeutic results and increase the impact of psychedelic therapy treatment.

Clinically-proven.

Effective

89% of patients responded positively to ketamine treatments in a placebo controlled study on ketamine for anxiety and depression

Efficient

While some antidepressants can take weeks to kick in, ketamine can alleviate symptoms in just a few hours.

Note: relief isn’t always permanent and not every patient responds to the drug. Source: Journey Clinic + National Institute of Mental Health
